At Pupil Perks, we take safeguarding seriously. While we do not work directly with children, we operate in close partnership with schools and provide a platform used by families and carers. We therefore uphold safeguarding principles in the way we build, manage, and promote our service.

Our Commitment:

• We will never knowingly collect data from or market directly to children under the age of 13.
• We design all content and communications to be appropriate, respectful, and family-friendly.
• We conduct checks on all brand and offer partners to ensure they align with our values and are appropriate for an audience that includes families with children.
• Our site is built with privacy and safety in mind, applying secure protocols and data protection safeguards.
• We regularly review our platform and partnerships to prevent any content or links that could pose a safeguarding concern.

Pupil Perks expects all school, brand, and service partners to also maintain high safeguarding standards and to comply with UK legislation including Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
